Jade Cairns
A little about Jade
Jade trained locally at Notre Dame University, Fremantle. She has a passion for all things musculoskeletal physiotherapy, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management.
Jade is a confident clinician with excellent communication skills. She is empathetic and engaging. She is a good listener and believes that understanding the needs of her patients is key to her effectiveness as a clinician.
Jade aims to strike a healthy balance between good manual therapy to relieve pain and clear exercise prescription and patient education to ensure good long term outcomes.
Her previous experience as a sports trainer for both amateur and WAFL-level teams has given her additional skills and confidence managing sporting injuries on the field. This compliments her work in the clinic when guiding patients through their return-to-sport journey.
Jade works with all ages but particularly enjoys working with children and adolescents, taking a family-centred approach to her care.
Outside of work Jade stays active with Pilates and day trips to hiking trails.
Jade speaks English and conversational Mandarin.
